Rates
Pitch rental at Europa Campsite Vendée
Check-in and Check-out Times: check-in after 2:00 PM ; check-out before 12:00 PM (A €150 security deposit is required during high season)
Length of stay during the high-peak season: minimum stay of 7 nights (for shorter stays, please contact us).
Arrival days in high-peak season: Flexible, please contact us for availability.
Outside July and August: minimum stay of 1 night, with free choice of arrival and departure days.
Additional Fees
- Tourist tax: €0.65 per night and per adult
- Eco-contribution: €0.25 per night and per person
Booking fees: €15.00 for stays from 1 to 6 nights, €25.00 for stays of 7 nights or more
Payment Terms: Deposit: 30% at the time of booking and balance is due 1 month before arrival
Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer and cash
Cancellation Insurance: 3.5% of the total stay (minimum €15)
Extra Services (upon request):
- Baby equipment rental (baby chair, stroller, baby bath or cot): €2.50 to €3.00 per day per item
- Pet stay: €5.00 per day (cats and category 1 & 2 dogs are not allowed on the campsite)
- Electric barbecue or plancha rental: €10.00 per day or €35.00 per week
