Weekly rental schedule: arrival after 4:00 p.m. – departure before 10:00 a.m.

Minimum stay: 7 nights during the high season (for short stays during this period, please contact us).

Arrival days in high season: Flexible – please contact us.

Outside July and August: minimum stay of 2 nights, with free choice of arrival and departure days. Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out before 10:30 a.m.

Tourist tax: €0.65 per night and per adult.

Eco-contribution: €0.25 per night and per person.

Booking fees: €15.00 for stays from 2 to 6 nights, €25.00 for stays of 7 nights or more.

Payment: 30% deposit upon booking, balance due 1 month before arrival.

Accepted payment methods: Credit card – Bank transfer – Cash.

Optional cancellation insurance: 3.5% of the total amount of the stay (minimum €15).
